I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 21 years and I come from a family of talented home chefs who have always joked about opening a food business. Recently, the company that “raised me” closed my restaurant's location and I thought it best to take that time to rediscover my true passions.

During this transitional period, I was selling Mary Kay at a Nursing Home and was asked if I knew anyone who would be interested in opening a cafe. Initially, I said “no” but later came to see this opportunity as a manifested life-long dream. After interviewing with the administrators and confirming the approval to move forward. I called a meeting with my loved ones and Thyme Caribbean Cuisine LLC was born. 

 

Thyme Caribbean Cuisine will primarily serve the administration and staff of the Cold Spring Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation facility but will cater to the communities as well. Our goal is to nourish and delight the stomachs of those all around us.
